Workshop at Politecnico di Milano
I participated in a three-day workshop at Politecnico di Milano, focusing on service design ideation. The workshop built upon drafted scenarios and personas developed in previous project stages.

Concept definition
One of the key questions addressed during the workshop was: "How might the Erasmus program evolve by 2030?" The Maverick Programme proposes an Erasmus-like initiative for young Europeans aged 18 to 30, aimed at enhancing their policymaking capabilities through collaboration in multidisciplinary teams within local governments.
This program has the potential to increase young citizens' participation in politics and enhance the quality of policymaking across the Union. Moreover, it may facilitate the exchange of best practices across Europe, with Young Independent Thinkers serving as valuable testimonials.

Implementation & Roadmap

Erasmus3 - The Maverick Programme emerged as the second finalist project in the #FutureGov Design competition, focusing on youth exchange and the development of knowledge on policy systems.
We had the privilege of pitching our concept during the final event held on March 6, 2019, at the European Parliament and the European Commission (Berlaymont) in Brussels.
